[SOUR]:SAF:HIPL:PROB(?) <CPD> { OFF | 5KV | 10KV | 40KV }
Description: This command selects the internal or external high voltage probe
for hipot leakage current. This command switches the Product into
the Hipot leakage current function mode.
Parameters: <CPD> OFF – hipot leakage current with no probe
(V terminal)
5KV – hipot leakage current with
the HV terminal
10KV – hipot leakage current with
an external 10kV probe
40KV – hipot leakage current with
an external 40kV probe
Example: SAF:HIPL:PROB 10KV Set to the external 10kV high
voltage probe in hipot leakage
current mode.
Query: SAF:HIPL:PROB? Returns whether the multimeter is
measuring with a probe and if so,
which probe is being used.
[SOUR]:SAF:HIPL:CURR?
Description: This command returns the measured current. The Product returns
the current value using exponential format. Example: 215 mA is
returned as 215.00e-03. This command switches the Product into
the Hipot leakage current function mode.
Query: SAF:MET:CURR?
[SOUR]:SAF:HIPL:CURR:MAX?
Description: This command returns the maximum (peak) value of measured
voltage. Maximum value can be cleared using the command
SAF:HIPL:CLEar. The Product returns the current value using
exponential format. Example: 215 mA is returned as 215.00e-03.
Query: SAF:HIPL:CURR:MAX?
[SOUR]:SAF:HIPL:VOLT?
Description: This command returns the measured voltage. The Product returns
the voltage value using exponential format. Example: 230 V is
returned as 230.0e+00. This command switches the Product into
the Hipot leakage current function mode.
Query: SAF:HIPL:VOLT?
