Programs for telephone configuration (WIN-Tools)

ProfessionalConfigurator:
Settingand configuration of the phone’s individual features are done in the configuration process.

figurethephone’sdisplays,setthevolumeofvarioussignals,selectdialingoptions(whenthephone
isconnectedto aPABX)orsettheparametersfordialrangesand chargelogging.
TheProfessionalConfigurator isalsousedforprogrammingan optionalansweringmachineor the
optional keyboardextensions.

TelephoneDirectoryManager:
Use the phone directory managerto createnew entriesfor thephone directory (seepage 32)or as-
signaspecialdialtone(VIPdialtone)toindividualnumbers.Withtheimport/exportfunctionyou
canalsoimportdata fromotherprograms orexport datafor furtherprocessing.

DownloadManager:
Use this program for loading new firmware for the telephone with your PC. A new firmware is
loadedvia thephone’sPC port.

SoundManager:
You can use thesound managerto createyour own call signalingmelodies at thePC andthen load
thesemelodiesintoyourtelephone.
Oncompletionofdataexchange,thetelephoneundergoesaninternalreorganization(ofphone
directorydataforexample). Thisprocesstakesplaceautomaticallyandmayrequireafewmin
