Special feature for changing existing entries
You have various options available for changing existing entries (for example names or numbers).
Example 1:
You may want to change thetelephone numberof an entry, because that subscriber has movedto another
place.
Whenyouuse thepush-button set to enter the first digit of the new number the existingnumberis deleted
completely. Enter the other digits of the new number.
Example 2:
You wish to change parts of aname in a telephone directory listing,because the name has changed (e. g. in
the case of marriage).
Usethearrowbuttonstospecifythestoragepositionfor thatentry. Youcanoverwriteanexistingsurname
right away or delete it with the C-button and then enter the new name.
