Ifautomaticredialingisactive,the»Clbckbusy«softkeyisshownonthedisplay. Pressthe
right arrow button or the »Continue« softkey, to return to the normal idle state display.
Viewing and clearing call-back calls
Whenthe phone is in idle, any call-back callsthat are initiated can beviewed in the display bypressing the
softkey »Clbckbusy«. Press this softkey to view the call-back calls. You can then view the individual
completioncallsusingthearrowkeys. Ifyouwishtodeleteacallcompletion,selectthiscallusingthearrow
key and then press the menu key, followed by the »delete?« softkey.
All completions of call are automatically deleted after a predefined period. This time is set by the service
provider for external call-backs and by the PABX system for internal call-backs.
IftheISDNtelephoneis disconnectedfrom theISDN network,(forexampleby unpluggingthe
ISDN connector of the phoneorbyswitchingoff or resetting the pabx), all requested call com
-
pletions will be lost.
Parking a call (not with IP-S400)
Theparkingfunctionallowsyoutointerruptacallforuptothreeminutes. Youcanthenunplugtheplug-in
connector for your ISDN system telephonefrom theISDN jack and plug it inin adifferent room. You can
continue with the previous call after »unparking« it. Or you can»unpark« the call at adifferent phoneand
continue your call there.
Parking is only possible when only one connection is currently active with your telephone. After you un-
park the call, the number for the parked subscriber will no longer be shown.
A»parkingcode«(0....99)isusedtoensurethatyouarereturnedtothepropercallwhentwocallsarepark-
ed. The default parking code is 55.
IfyouparktwocallsonanISDNbusthisbusisthendisabledforfurthercalls. Unparkingispos-
sibleonly onthebus onwhich thecall was also parked. Parkingis onlypossible whenonlyone
connection is currently active with your telephone.
