4.2.4 Error codes in the machine
Error codes indicate that a serious error has occurred in the
machine or during the washing process. The error must be
corrected by an authorized service technician.
The following error codes may occur:
Error Code Errors Action
A00 POWER FAIL Power failure Acknowledge the alarm. Start
new process.
A01 OVER FLOW CH Overfilling the machine. Contact service technicians
A02 SLOW FILL Chamber slow to fill. Check that the water valve is
not closed. If the water valve is
on, contact the service
technicians.
A03 OVER FLOW CO Overfilling in condenser. Contact service technicians
A04 SLOW DRAIN Chamber slow to empty. Contact service technicians
A05 LEAK DRYER Water leakage in the drying element case. Contact service technicians
A06 UNLOCK DOOR Defective door locking Contact service technicians
A14 SLOW DOS 1 Low flow of dosing 1 Contact service technicians
A15 SLOW DOS 2 Low flow of dosing 2 Contact service technicians
A16 SLOW DOS 3 Low flow of dosing 3 Contact service technicians
A17 SLOW DOS 4 Low flow of dosing 4 Contact service technicians
A18 PROC ABORTED Process aborted Acknowledge the alarm. Start a
new process.
A21 CIRC PRESS L Low circulation pump pressure. Contact service technicians
A23 DRYER TEMP L Low temperature in dryer. Contact service technicians
A25 T SENS CHAMB Incorrect temperature indicator. Contact service technicians
A26 I SENS CHAMB Faulty independent temperature sensor. Contact service technicians
A28 SLOW HEAT CH Temperature in the chamber too low. Contact service technicians
A29 T DIFF CHAM Diff. Temp in chamber. Contact service technicians
A30 CHAMB TEMP H Temperature in chamber too high. Contact service technicians
A31 EXT COM ERR External communication error. USB
memory stick missing.
Check that the USB memory
stick is correctly inserted. If the
USB memory stick is correctly
inserted, contact the service
technicians.
A32 LOG FAILURE Log error. Check that the USB memory
stick is correctly inserted. If the
USB memory stick is correctly
inserted, contact the service
technicians.
A33 DISINF TEM L Disinfection temperature low. Contact service technicians
