Note: High-performance equipment is essential for reliable
measuring results, because of the relatively rapid
temperature changes.
Temperature check:
• Check the temperature during the disinfection phase and the
length of the phase when the disinfection temperature has
been reached, against the temperature curve on the Program
sheet supplied.
• The measuring equipment must be capable of continuously
recording temperature and time.
• When carrying out temperature checks, a measuring point
close to the machine's temperature sensor is recommended.
• Attach two external temperature sensors to the controlling
sensor during process runs.
• The temperature on the external temperature sensor must be
above 90°C for 1 min and complies with the machine's graph.
• The temperature curve must be attached together with this
checklist and be mailed to a pre-defined Getinge Disinfection
AB database, but not be sent as an attachment to the
customer. Compare time and temperature with the machine's
graph.
