4.3 Troubleshooting

The machine is connected to the electricity
supply and some components are live.
The table below describes the error codes that may be generated
and a possible action for each error code.

Error Note
A00 Power failure In the event of a power failure, the process stops. The error
code is generated when the power returns.
A01 Overfilling the machine. The alarm appears immediately after the level sensor (-S52)
on the bottom plate is activated.
Possible action:
a. Check the hoses for leaks.
b. Check the drainage system so that the drainage
water does not overflow the chamber.
c. Check the function of the level sensor.
d. Check that the water level in the condenser does not
increase and form a water lock.
A02 Chamber
slow to fill.
The level sensor at the inlet (-B10) loses the signal for more
than 20 seconds. Or the pressure sensor for the circulation
pump (-B21) is not activated after the first filling stage.
Possible action:
a. Check that the cover inside the chamber opens for
incoming water.
b. Check the function of the level sensors.
c. Check the function of the filling pump for the water
softener.
A03 Overfilling in the
condenser.
Level sensor is activated for more than 5 sec.
Possible action:
a. Check the function of the condenser’s drainage
pump.
b. Check that water can be pumped out of the drainage
system.
c. Check the function of the level sensor.
