A.1 DOWNLOADING SOFTWARE USING FTP
A.1.1 Introduction
A.1.1.1 PVR 6000 SETUP IP
Configure the PVR 6000 IP Management Port according to local network
specifications. The PVR 6000 IP Management is configured from the front-panel
by accessing Configuration

Ethernet Management Port.
The IP Management must set the following parameters: IP Address, Network
Mask, and Gateway.
A.1.1.2 PC FTP Application
There are many PC Software Applications that support FTP.
In this document, software download procedure is performed using the built-in
MS Windows FTP utility.

Viewing the PVR 6000 version is available through the front-panel by selecting

A.1.2.1 Loading Through FTP
To open an FTP session, perform the following:
1. Click Start. The Start Menu is displayed.
