Meaning
 Check the connection to the communication module.
 Check sensor cable.
 Check sensor.

Threshold 1 surpassed in excess or in default
- The sensor value is higher or lower than the threshold value 1 and the rele-
vant delay time has expired.
 Warning message or emergency shutdown, depending on the configuration
of monitoring.

- The sensor value is higher or lower than the threshold value 2 and the re-
spective delay time has expired.
 Warning message or emergency shutdown, depending on the configuration
of monitoring.
