Store data for all captured waveforms.

If A cursor is in use, data is saved from
the cursor to the end of input.
If both A and B cursors are in use, data
between the cursors is saved.

(3) If using the A/B cursors on the screen, specify the
area to save. (excluding horizontal cursor)
Move the flashing cursor to the position shown in the
figure below and use the
buttons to make a setting.
(4) Enter the file name
Move the flashing cursor to the position shown in the
figure below and enter the file name. For details, refer to
Section 11.3.3.
