Conditions to generate foreign configuration
A physical drive failed and could not be recognized. Then the physical drive has been
restored to be recognized.
A physical drive, used in another device with a specific virtual drive configuration, is
used.
Follow the steps below to check the configuration.
1. Select Configuration Management from the Main Menu, and press
Enter.
2. Configuration Management window appears.
Select Manage Foreign Configuration and press Enter.
3. Manage Foreign Configuration window appears.
Select Preview Foreign Configuration and press Enter.
4. Configuration is displayed.
