Scenarios
Install a DIMM in any of the following scenarios:
A DIMM has failed.
A DIMM is to be replaced with a new model.
The memory capacity is to be expanded.
The rules for installing DIMMs are as follows:
The N2000H V3 in dual-CPU configuration provides 16 double data rate 4 (DDR4)
DIMM slots. Each memory riser integrates two memory channels: 0 and 1. Figure 5-58
shows the memory channels.

The N2000H V3 in single-CPU configuration provides eight DDR4 DIMM slots. Figure
5-59 shows the memory channels.
