OS/400 offers the following facilities
• Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) in TCP/IP Networks
• Alerts support to NetView, iSeries, System/36, and System/38
• IBM Token-Ring Network Management Support
• Distributed Host Command Facility (DHCF)
• Link Problem Determination Aid (LPDA)
• Distributed System Node Executive (DSNX)
