Chapter 7. Software support
This chapter lists the minimum operating system requirements and support considerations for
the IBM z13s (z13s) and its features. It addresses z/OS, z/VM, z/VSE, z/TPF, Linux on
z Systems, and KVM for IBM z Systems. Because this information is subject to change,
always see the Preventive Service Planning (PSP) bucket for 2965DEVICE for the most
current information. Also included is generic software support for IBM z BladeCenter
Extension (zBX) Model 004.
