12.7.2 Example: Deploying IBM zAware

The new type of LPAR called zACI will be used to deploy the IBM zAware server application.

The IBM zAware logical partition (LPAR) type is not supported on z13s or z13 at Driver level

27 servers. The zACI LPAR type is used instead.

Statement of Direction: IBM plans to make available the z/VSE Network Appliance based

on zACI in June 2016.
