N1266A HVSMU Current Expander
Current expander for HVSMU. The N1266A is used to configure the high voltage
medium current unit (HVMCU) with the HVSMU module and two MC/HCSMU
modules as shown in Figure 3-19. The output can be selected from the HVSMU or
HVMCU.
