SHV(jack) connector. Use SHV(plug)-SHV(plug) cable of 16493V to connect
N1265A test fixture.
To connect prober, use N1269A adapter and SHV(plug)-SHV(plug) cable of
16493V. See “N1269A Ultra High Voltage Connection Adapter” on page 3-70
for connecting a prober.
• Output High
UHV(jack) connector. Use UHV(plug)-UHV(plug) cable of 16493V to connect
N1265A test fixture.
To connect prober, use ultra high voltage cable with UHV(plug) connector,
manipulator, and such.
CAUTION Never connect the UHVU High terminal to any output, including circuit common,
chassis ground, or any other measurement resource such as SMU. Connecting other
measurement resource may damage the connected one.
