5 SCPI Command Reference
Description Use this command to set/read the transition time of the data output
stream. The fundamental units for transition time is seconds.
This SCPI is applicable for M8195A.
Example :PULS:TRAN 'M1.DataOut2',15e-12
:PULS:TRAN? 'M1.DataOut2'
It is not possible to define rise and fall times separately. In other words,
the rise and fall time will be in the same range.
