‘identifier’: ‘M*.DATAOUT1’ or ‘M*.DataOut2’
<NRf>: Set random interference high frequency
Description This command sets the random interference high frequency in Hz.
This SCPI is applicable for M8195A and M8196A.
Example :INT:RAND:HFR ‘M2.DataOut1’, 1.0e9
