Read status byte: *STB?
l The status summary bits are cleared when the appropriate event registers are read. The MAV bit
is cleared at power-on, by *CLS, or when there is no more response data available.
l When a serial poll is conducted in response to a service request, RQS is cleared, but MSS is not.
*TRG
Trigger Command. Generates a trigger when the trigger system has BUS selected as its source. The
command has the same affect as the Group Execute Trigger (<GET>) command).

SelfTest Query. Performs an instrument selftest. A 0 (zero) indicates the instrument passed selftest. If
selftest fails, one or more error messages will provide additional information. Use SYSTem:ERRor? to
