Initializing the TOS5300 Series
While holding down SHIFT, turn the POWER
switch on. “Initializing” will be displayed in the
lower right of the firmware version display
screen, and the TOS5300 Series will be
initialized.
When you initialize the TOS5300 Series, all
settings (such as test conditions) and saved
data are reset to the default values shown below.
