Anti-rust

Please wipe the "rust inhibitor" on the servo motor shaft first, and then do the relevant anti-rust treatment.
Installation
Improper installation will cause damage to the motor encoder. Please note the following during installation:
When installing pulleys on servo motor shafts with keyways, use screw holes at shaft ends. In order to install
the pulley, first insert the double-headed nail into the screw hole of the shaft, use a washer on the surface of the
coupling end, and gradually lock the pulley with a nut.
For the servo motor shaft with keyway, use the screw hole on the shaft end to install. For shafts without
keyways, frictional coupling or similar methods are used.
When removing the pulley, the pulley removal device is used to prevent the bearing from being strongly
impacted by the load.
To ensure safety, install a protective cover or similar device in the rotating area, such as a pulley mounted on
the shaft.
Centring
When connecting with the machine, please use the coupling, and keep the axis of the servo motor in a straight
line with the axis of the machine. When installing the servo motor, make it meet the centering accuracy
requirements as shown on the left. If the centering is not sufficient, it will cause vibration, which may
sometimes damage bearings and encoders.
Install direction
The servo motor can be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction.
Oil and water
solution
When used in places with water drops, please use it on the basis of confirming the protection level of the servo
motor. (except for the shaft through part) Specify servomotor with oil seal for use in places where oil droplets
will drip into the shaft through part. Conditions of use of servo motor with oil seal:
Please ensure that the oil level is lower than the lip of the oil seal when using.
Please use under the condition that the oil seal can keep the oil spray degree good.
When the servo motor is installed vertically, please pay attention to avoid oil accumulation on the lip of the
oil seal.
The motor bearing comes with double-sided dust proof effect, and the assembly of oil seal will increase the
loss of the motor and lead to the decrease of the motor efficiency. If it is not necessary to install oil seals, do
not install oil seals. Before assembling the oil seal, please ensure that the installation hole slot and the oil seal
are free of debris, oil, dust, etc. During assembly, please fill the oil seal seal lip with high temperature grease
(recommended to use HP-R grease of the Great Wall, temperature resistance 180 degrees) to strengthen the
lubrication and temperature resistance performance, and increase the sealing and waterproof effect of the oil
seal. When paying attention to water and oil resistance, the oil seal has a self-tightening spring side (that is, the
side with a groove) towards the motor installation. Please refer to the following steps to install the oil seal
correctly.
1. Evenly apply high temperature lubricating oil to the sealing ring of the oil seal lip.
