4.3.3 tunE operation flow chart
The tunE menu consists of self-tuning related functions and parameters based on inertia measurement. After the self-tuning is successful,
the servo control loop adjustment can be simplified to adjust a single parameter (rigidity).
When the EASY process is completed, the driver selects the appropriate rigidity and inertia ratio defaults based on the load and
application type in EA06.
If the ratio of inertia in the actual mechanical system is known, direct input can be made via tn02 (see Table 4-4). The inertia ratio does
not need to be absolutely accurate, and the servo performance can be improved by adjusting the rigidity. However, by accurately
measuring the inertia ratio, we can better adjust the control parameters to achieve multi-axis response matching. Therefore, it is of great
significance to obtain an accurate ratio of inertia through the measurement of inertia.
