 Inertia measurement may cause the machine to vibrate. Please turn off the power or the drive immediately.
 Turning on the inertia measurement will make the motor shaft reciprocate within a small distance, please
leave a certain mechanical space.

After executing the EASY process, it is strongly recommended to perform the tunE process to measure the
inertia and adjust the rigidity level.
