Remove screws

Take off the left exhaust cover

– Stand the motorcycle on its side stand on a level surface.
– Place a suitable container under the engine.
–
Remove the oil drain plugs
with the magnets, O-rings, and oil screens.
– Remove the oil filter. ( p. 232)
– Completely drain the engine oil.
