Raise the rear of the motorcycle with lifting gear. ( p. 167)
Raise the front of the motorcycle with lifting gear. ( p. 168)
Cover the motorcycle with a porous sheet or blanket.

Do not use non-porous materials since they prevent humidity from escaping,
thus causing corrosion.
Avoid running the engine for a short time only. Since the engine cannot warm
up properly, the water vapor produced during combustion condenses and causes
valves and exhaust system to rust.
19.2 Preparing for use after storage

Take the motorcycle off of the front wheel stand. ( p. 168)
Remove the rear of the motorcycle from the lifting gear. ( p. 167)

Set the clock with SET CLOCK. ( p. 96)
