between the guide lines on the screen
and the actual distance and course on the
road.

As the guide lines are shown midair near
the rear bumper, there are times that they
may look like they are off-center.
Differences between the screen and actual 3D objects
Since the estimated course lines and distance guide lines are displayed for a flat
road surface, it is not possible to determine the position of three-dimensional ob-
jects. When approaching a three-dimensional object that extends outward (such
as the flatbed of a truck), take note of the following cautions.
