The FeederPanel control panel is operated opti-
onally in a wire feed case. In combination with
a current source with the Basic, BasicPlus or
ControlPro control panel.
A1 Crater lling LED
Lights up if the Crater lling function is selected
A2 Crater lling button
Crater lling = Press button briey
A4 7-segment display, left
Displays the wire feed speed (for Manual, Synergic and
SpeedArc only) or welding current (for MMA and TIG
only).
A6 Remote control LED
Lights up when a remote control is connected.
A7 Hold LED
Lights up at the end of a welding process. The most
recently used current strength and welding voltage
are displayed in the 7-segment display (A4 and A12).
A10 Parameter value level display
Up arrow = The set value is higher than the standard
value
Down arrow = The set value is lower than the standard
value
A12 7-segment display, right
Displays the selected welding voltage or electrode
material (for MMA only).
A14 Gas test button
Briey pressing the button starts the gas test for 30
secs.
A15 Gas test LED
Lights up when the gas test is activated.
A16 Display units LEDs
Display whether values in the 7-segment display A12
are shown in percent or voltage.
A40 Display units LEDs
Display whether values in the 7-segment display A4
are shown in millimetres, metres per minute or amps.
A41 Rotary knob A41
Used to set the main parameters Wire feed speed,
Welding current and Material thickness.
Used to select the secondary parameter for the F1/f2
button assignment.
A42 VRD LED (only for machines with VRD)
Lights up continuously when the VRD function is acti-
ve (reduction of idle voltage).
Flashes when the output voltage exceeds the value
approved in the standard (e.g. in welding operation).
A44 Rotary knob A44
Used to set the main parameters Welding voltage and
Arc length.
When the secondary parameter is activated (LED F1/
F2 A51/A52 lit), used to set the secondary parameter
value.
A50 F1 button
Used to activate the secondary parameter selection
(press for 2 secs).
Used to save the selected secondary parameter (press
for 2 secs).
Used to recall the saved secondary parameter (press
briey).
A51 LED F1
Lit continuously (max. 5 secs.) when secondary para-
meter is activated.
Flashes 2x when saving the secondary parameter or
the secondary parameter value.
