11. Display System Information.
The following system information will be displayed, in addition to the other displays specified for ser-
vice mode:
• The measured output of the +5, ±15V power supplies.
• The coolant temperature and conductivity.
• The identification of the model in use.
•The ROM CRC value.
• The measured transmission of the low-energy attenuator at each wavelength present in the
system.
