The pointer must remain stable at the moment the contact drops into the
interrupted section. The POWER LED turns BLUE if the memory is blocked
7.2.6.3 Continuous sampling memory
The memory filters the measurement signal, automatically blocking measurement processing whenever it is
subject to very fast variations (for example, when the probes drop into a groove on the part). The
measurement is processed only if ≥ -25µm/-0.0001, otherwise it remains blocked The processing can also
be blocked with a command from the machine I/O given with the MEMORY CONTROL pin.
It is possible to select the measurement signal sampling rate. Select the
sampling rate so that the measurement re
mains stable when the part is
rotating at the working speed.
Carry out the same check when the memory is blocked from the I/O input.
The memory is not active. Only the measurement block
from I/O functions.
The P3UP must be in manual mode in order to disable the memory.
MEMORY CONTROL
The lock measurement signal is always available from the I/O
ON: the memory freezes the acquired measurement value
OFF: The memory is active and the measurement is updated
The pointer must remain stable and the POWER LED must turn BLUE at the
moment the probe drops into the interrupted section. The POWER LED
turns BLUE when the measurement is blocked by the I/O input.
7.2.6.4 Continuous sampling memory (blocked by I/O only)
The memory only blocks the measurement via the input signal from the I/O.
The block from I/O is always active.
The block from I/O is always active.
MEMORY CONTROL
The lock measurement signal is always available from the I/O
ON: the memory freezes the acquired measurement value.
OFF: the measurement is active and the measurement is updated
The POWER LED turns BLUE when the measurement is blocked via the I/O.
