TOO FAST
P3UP with stock metal removal memory:
The In Process measurement head remains
in contact with the part for too short an
interval
(the machine operates normally but
indicates an error condition via the I/O)
Check how long the head remains in contact
with the part. Check the cycle parameter
cycles.
To exit the alarm condition with P3UP in MANUAL MODE, proceed as follows:
1. Close the measurement cycle (START CYCLE = ON)
2. Eliminate the cause of the alarm;
3. Once the cause has been eliminated, the corresponding message disappears from the display, the
POWER LED reverts to green and the ALARM signal on the I/O is deactivated.
To exit the alarm condition with P3UP AUTOMATIC MODE, proceed as follows:
1. Close the measurement cycle (START CYCLE = ON);
2. Switch to MANUAL MODE;
3. Eliminate the cause of the alarm;
4. Once the cause has been eliminated, the corresponding message disappears from the display, the
POWER LED reverts to green and the ALARM signal on the I/O is deactivated.
5. At this point it is possible to return to AUTOMATIC MODE

N.B.
In the alarm condition the keyboard is locked. In order to access the various machine
parameterisation fields, for example to correct the retraction control threshold, press to
cancel the alarm message from the display. If more than one alarm is active, press the
once for each alarm. If the alarm condition persists the POWER LED will remain red.

In data programming mode, in MANUAL MODE, the alarm message is not displ
ayed
immediately, but when the programming menu is closed.
