This might e.g. happen if
the current working direc-
tory doesn't contain the file

-2130 DMR_INVALID_LICENCE The licence doesn't match
the device it has been as-
signed to.
When e.g. upgrading a de-
vice feature each licence file
is bound to a certain de-
vice. If the device this file
has been assigned to has a
different serial number then
the one used to create the li-
