ing remote control, lower boom so the first section of hose can be easily attached.
Step 6: Att
ach first section of hose. Raise boom to attach second section of hose. Attach hose handle to the
lowest section of hose at an easy operating position. Position remote control for easy access.
The boom is now ready for operation.
Boom Cleanup
Step 1: Remove hos
e handle and remote control.
Step 2: Remove firs
t section of hose.
Step 3: Low
er boom until second section of hose can be removed.
Step 4: Using
the wash wand, spray water inside the boom while under vacuum before/during dumping to
clean out the boom. Doing so will pull excess debris into the spoil tank, cleaning the entire boom inside
before storing.
Step 5: Retr
act boom, and raise boom until it clears any obstructions in travel path.
Step 6: Unl
ock pin, and swing boom back above bracket.
Step 7: Lower
boom into bracket. Lock pin to secure boom.
Step 8: Clean hoses, and
place in storage space.
Step 9: Lower
engine speed to idle. Turn off engine. Store remote control in curbside door.
