Step 9: Clean
unit using the spray wand (7) and/or automatic tank
cleanout if equipped. Turn nozzle to raise or lower spray
pressure.
Step 10: Carefully clean do
or seal with the spray wand.
NOTICE: Door sea
l may be damaged if spray wand is held too close to the
seal or sprayed with high pressure.
Step 11: Open Tank Cleanout ball valve (8) t
o turn on automatic tank cleanout system.
Material will be washed out of spoil tank. Close Tank Cleanout ball valve when
tank is clean.
Step 12: Close Hose Ree
l ball valve. Turn Water Pump Switch OFF.
Step 13: Squeeze spray
wand trigger to release water pressure from water hose.
Step 14: Remove and
store safety bar and safety lock pins.
Step 15: Ensure
all personnel are clear of the spoil tank door area before closing tank
door.
Step 16: Lower s
poil tank. Close and lock spoil tank door. Lower engine speed to idle.
Step 17: Follow the Sh
utdown Procedure, page 23-1, and remove ignition key.
Step 18: Clean Cyclone
Separator as directed in the following section.
Step 19: Clean
tools and hoses as directed in “Tools and Hoses - Clean,” page 50-26.
Step 20: Securely store
all tools and hoses prior to departing.
