put in vent mode, then query this value until it is 0
again to know the system is vented.

:SLEW? Returns the rate setpoint in current units
:SLEW <f> Sets the rate setpoint in current units

:MODe? Returns MAX when highspeed mode is active.
Returns LIN otherwise.
:MODe <CCC> Set the control mode by putting in either High-
speed or Custom mode. Note: the overshoot ag
and control mode are not independent in Mensor
products.
:OVERshoot? Returns 1 if the channel’s control behavior is >50.
Returns 0 if the control behavior <=50.
