Adsorptive Gases
Nitrogen Unit Nitrogen; argon, carbon dioxide, or other non-corrosive gases; butane,
methane, or other light hydrocarbon vapors. Oxygen can also be used
only with an appropriate vacuum pump.

area analyses at lower pressures.
The analyzer should be operated in a properly vented environment when using flammable or toxic
