4. For best results, if the Dewar has not been used for a while, allow approximately 30 minutes for
the temperature of the Dewar to stabilize with the bath liquid. Then recheck the level of the bath
liquid. Add additional liquid if necessary.
5. Close the sample compartment door.
Performing an Analysis
Begin analysis after the sample has been degassed and transferred to the analysis port. The system pro-
vides these types of analyses:
• Sample Analysis (standard) - allows up to three analyses using different analysis conditions
• QuickStart Analysis - allows multiple sample analyses using the same analysis conditions
• Krypton Analysis (optional) - allows up to three analyses using krypton as the adsorptive gas
• Blank Analysis - allows an analysis with an empty tube
