Registering Head gap value
Inputting the value of gap between the head and the media The registered value is reflected on all media.

Press the key in the local mode.

Select the [HEAD HEIGHT] by pressing the or
key.

Press the key.

Select the [HEAD GAP] by pressing the or
key.

Press the key.

Input the head gap value by pressing the or
key.
• Set value : 1.2 to 5.0mm

Press the key.

Press the key several times to end the setting.
• If a correct value is not set to the head gap value, the print quality may be deteriorated because of
dropping of large ink droplets on the media at drawing
