8.4 Filling
Requirements:
- Weighing point is calibrated.
- Production mode is congured; see Chapter 8.3.1.
- Digital inputs and outputs are congured (optional); see Chapter 8.3.2.
- Material (product) is congured; see Chapter 8.3.3.
Example:
- Filling mode: Net lling (B1)
- Interaction mode: VNC
- Digital outputs 1, 2: SPM-Adresse %MX 1162 (coarse)/1163 (ne)
- Material ID: 2
Procedure:
1. Select [Dosing] and conrm.
The production window appears.
2. Select material ID [ID 2].
3. Press the [Start] softkey.
Press the [Stop] softkey to stop the process.
You can then press the [Restart] softkey to restart the process.
The material (product) is lled.
