(4) Built-in I/O function error clear
An error can be cleared by specifying an axis of the positioning function or CH (channel) of the high-speed
counter function.
"Built-in I/O function error clear - axis/CH selection" screen
1. Select the target item using the and buttons
and press the button.
↓
"Built-in I/O function - error clear confirmation" screen
2. Select "YES" using the and buttons and
press the button.
↓
"Built-in I/O function - error clear completion" screen
3. After the setting is completed, either of the screens
(shown left) appear.
To return the display to the "built-in monitor/error
clear" screen, press the button.
