Use “measurement - sensors” menu to ensure the
arms open sensor is false.
Arms will not operate while the power slide is
moving.
Use “Measure - Outputs” menu to check amperage
going to the Alignment Arms valve. The monitor
should display a negative amperage when opening
the arms. (If there is a broken wire or shorted
wire to the valve, the monitor may show an error
message.)
Use procedure described in “Checking Valve
Solenoids” to check the operation of the valve.

Use “Measure - Sensors” menu to view the
pressure sensor reading. Ensure it is lower than
the “1st Squeeze Pressure”.
Arms will not operate while the power slide is

Use “Measure - Outputs” menu to check amperage
going to the Alignment Arms valve. The monitor
should display a positive amperage when opening
the arms. (If there is a broken wire or shorted
wire to the valve, the monitor may show an error
message.)
Use procedure described in “Checking Valve
Solenoids” to check the operation of the valve.
