OnlineHelpforspecicdetailsandinstructionswhenperformingthesetasks.
•Enableanddisablechannelsandservices.
•Viewandsavealogofbaseradioalarms.
•V erifythebaseradioconguration.
•GathertroubleshootinginformationthatcanbeescalatedtoMotorolaforevaluation.
8.2.4.1AlarmLogfromInternalDiagnosticTests
Thebaseradiohasbeendesignedwithinternaldiagnosticteststhatoccuronpowerupandreset.Diagnostictestsare
availableforthecontrolmoduleandpowersupply.Ifaproblemoccursduringoperation,itisreportedasanalarm.
AllalarmsarestoredintheAlarmLog,accessiblewithCSS.Thealarmlogcontainsthenameofthediagnostic
testthatfailedandthetimesincethelastpowerup.
8.2.4.2ResettingPasswordsandSNMPv3Passphrases
ThepasswordresetmechanismintheCSSapplicationcanbeenabled/disabled.See“SecureRemoteAccess

ToobtainthekeysforresettingeitherpasswordorSNMPv3passphrasesforthedevice,contactMotorolaSolutions

ThedefaultvaluesforthelocalpasswordsandSNMPv3passphrases,aswellasthekeysforthelocal
passwordresetprocedure,mayvarybysystemrelease.Thesearetreatedassensitiveinformationand
areprovidedtoyourorganizationthroughsecuredcommunication.
