UsingCSS
Prerequisites:
EnsurethatyouhavetherequiredSNMPv3credentialsinformation(Authenticationpassphrase,Encryption
passphrase,andAuthoritativeEngineID)tocongurethedevicebeforeproceeding.Theusercredentials
informationincludesboththecurrentandnewcredentials.Withoutthecurrentcredentials,youcannotaccessthe
deviceandcannotchangetheusercredentials.See8.2.4.2ResettingPasswordsandSNMPv3Passphrases,page8-6.
ChangingtotheincorrectusercredentialsmayleadtonotbeingabletoaccessthedevicefromtheUNCorforthe
devicetonotbeabletosendalarmstotheUniedEventManager(forfaultmanagement).
