AUTOMATIC RECALL-CCIS
General Description
This feature works as a time reminder. When an Attendant-handled call through CCIS remains on hold,
camped-on, or ringing unanswered for a fixed interval, the Attendant is automatically alerted.

No manual operation is required.
DESCRIPTION DATA
Specify the timing for Automatic Recall.
If no data is set, the following timing will be
applied:
Attendant Recall – 31.2-33.6 seconds
Non Exclusive Hold – 60-64 seconds
Exclusive Hold – 236-240 seconds
Transfer Recall – 24-28 seconds
Attendant Hold Recall – 31.2-33.6 seconds
Camp-On Recall – 24-32 seconds
