B Service and Support Information
Servicing the laser
The SuperK Extreme series lasers have no user serviceable components. In case
of malfunction, contact NKT Photonics using the support website listed below
under Support contact details.
End of line safety tests according to EN61010-1 Annex F are performed on all
Laser chassis.
Opening the laser

There are no user serviceable components inside the SuperK Extreme chassis.
Should your laser malfunction, and it cannot be serviced on site, it must be
shipped to the NKT Photonics Headquarters in Denmark.
WARRANTY VOID
IF REMOVED label
Chassis
The chassis is sealed with a label “WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED”. It is strictly
prohibited to remove the chassis cover.

Collimator
The collimator housing is sealed with a label “WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED”. It
is strictly prohibited to disassemble the collimator housing.
