7. Repeat acquisition of the laser spot intensity distribution over a small region around the
previously found position of the spot by clicking the button. This provides
more precise profile of the distribution over the narrowed region that is displayed in the
2D Viewer (see Fig. 6-38). Acquisition of the laser spot distribution finishes. Now the
beam is to be aimed at the cantilever.
