Each part of the scanner’s name and functions are as below.
Name
Description
Trigger Key
Press this key to enable the scanner and to start reading 1D/2D codes.
Scan Window
Light paths of the imager, LED illumination and LED aiming. Ensure that the
lens is not exposed to dust and dirt before scanning.
Status LED
Light blue LED light indicates good read. When Auto trigger mode is enabled by
placing the scanner in the dedicated STD-46 stand, the status LED lights up in
blue to indicate Auto Trigger mode.
Buzzer Orifice
Sound from a built-in buzzer comes out through these holes. When they are
covered, the buzzer sound will be diminished. The sound varies depending on
the settings. Buzzer settings are configurable for volume and duration.
Cable Removing
Stopper
To remove cable, turn this stopper and pull out cable.
