Identify Faulted Components
You can use LEDs and software to identify faulty components, however, it is best to rely on
software to determine if a component is faulty.
The fmadm faulty command displays the list of faults detected by PSH. You can run this
command from the host or through the Oracle ILOM fault management shell.
