Step 5: Press [MEAS] to return to the Measure Mode.
4.10.3 Database Reset (MG2-DL Only)
Database Reset (MG2-DL only) resets and clears the entire database.
Note: Caution should be used when performing a Database
Reset because it will cause the gage to delete all stored
thickness readings. Once a database reset has been per-
formed, the thickness data cannot be retrieved.
To perform Database Resets:
Step 1: Press [2ndF][ ](Setup) to display the setup tabs.
Step 2: Use the [ , ] keys to highlight the Reset tab.
Step 3: Use the [ ] key to highlight Database Reset and press
[ENTER].
Step 4: Use the [ , ] keys to highlight Reset or Cancel and
press [ENTER].
Step 5: Press [MEAS] to return to the Measure Mode.
4.11 Activating Waveform Option (MG2-
XT and MG2-DL Only)
An optional Live Waveform can be added to any MG2-XT or MG2-
DL gage. The Live Waveform option adds many measurement
