Use the correct cord (inner 2
wires are for A/B and the
outer 2 wires are for H/L).
Use the correct cord (2 wires
second from the outside for
H/L and the outer 2 wires are
for P1/P2).
Connection between the DSHS and a single line telephone:

Use the correct cord (inner 2
wires are for A/B).
• If a telephone equipped
with an A-A1 relay is
connected to the DSHS, set
the A-A1 relay switch of
the telephone to “OFF.”
CAUSE
The A/B is connected to the H/L.
